Operation method

1. First turn on the power switches of the receiver and transmitter, and then select the metal category according to the gear on the receiver. For example, gold, press the gold gear, and the gold light of the receiver will light up at the same time. Then take a key in front of the receiver and place it for about 10 seconds to demagnetize. Then put the metal to be detected on the head of the receiver to adapt for more accurate detection. Because the handle of the instrument will rotate freely, the wind will interfere with the Black Hawk metal detector. Therefore, the instrument will be interfered with when used in windy conditions. The use effect of this instrument is closely related to the operator's control skills for scanning. Choose a comfortable posture to stand on the ground, hold the instrument with your hands, and keep your elbows tightly against the sides of your body.

Note: You must keep the instrument in front of your body, so that the receiving antenna has enough space to unfold, and the antenna is slightly tilted downward from the horizontal line. This angle is about 7 to 10 degrees.

(1) As mentioned above, hold the instrument and scan very slowly in an arc while turning yourself. At this time, the detector's elbows should always be tightly against the sides of the body. Turn about 40 to 60 degrees. Note: The detector must rotate slowly and keep the body and the machine stable.

(2) Standardize your scanning action. First, let the receiving antenna extend correctly. Make the receiving antenna directly in front of you, 90 degrees to the body, and cannot deviate to the left or right.

(3) When the antenna is aimed at the target, the instrument will lock, even if you continue to detect across the target. When you feel that this lock is effective, remember this direction. Then, move the instrument to the left or right about 10 meters and repeat the process of locking the target just mentioned. Observe the direction of this lock. The intersection of the two directions is the buried location of the target.

(4) If you feel that the specific location just measured is still offset, you can lock from another angle. If the target is within about 10 meters, you walk slowly and steadily along one of the designated routes. When you pass the target and are directly above it, the antenna of the instrument will swing from side to side. At this time, the measured position is very accurate.

2. Introduction to auxiliary detection methods

Box method: It is recommended to use the box method to narrow the search range. This method can locate as accurately as possible. Approach the target from four directions to obtain accurate and equal responses to accurately locate the target.

First place the target on the ground, then you can learn to adjust this product to point in the direction of the target. Therefore, a skilled operator usually sets a sample target, walks over the target placed on the ground, observes the hit rate, and adjusts the instrument, and then continues to search parallel to the area after narrowing the target range with the cross method.

Once you follow this step, you can narrow the area to equal to or less than 20 feet. Then you can use a regular metal detector to complete the work. Some people who are quite proficient in the use of this product can almost accurately locate the target point to the foot. To achieve this level, it is recommended that you practice diligently.

When searching the target area using this method, stand in the front of the area and scan. The detector will show whether the substance or material is in the left or right half of the area.

If the detection is in the right half of the area, move to the center of this part and scan again. With the second detection, the trained operator can determine the location of the material in a quarter circle, left or right half, vertically dividing the area.

Safety warning:

1) Make sure the battery is fully charged, it will not work properly if the battery is low.

2) Make sure the instrument rotates 360 degrees horizontally normally.

3) The height of the instrument should not exceed the shoulder or neck.
